How to Avoid Long Lines

As part of our COVID-19 Health & Safety plan, you will only enter the haunted attractions with members of your own party. While we think this makes for a better, scarier and more enjoyable experience, it also means we are putting guests into the attraction at a significantly slower rate than in previous years. We have been experiencing longer lines than usual this year, and we know this is also a COVID-19 concern. If you're worried about long lines, here are a few suggestions to improve your experience.

Come on a Thursday.

We are open on Thursday October 22 and 29 from 7 - 10 PM. Fewer people come on weekdays, so the line is always shorter on these days.

Come early in the evening when doors open.

As the night goes on, more people arrive and the line continues to grow. If you arrive after 8:30 or 9 PM, you will experience a significant wait in line. If you arrive at 10:30 or 11 or 11:30, you will experience a REALLY long wait in line—like, multiple hours in line.

Buy a Fast Pass.

Our Fast Pass line puts customers in the attraction at a faster rate than the General Admission line. There is a limit on the number of Fast Pass tickets that can be purchased for any given 30-minute block of time. Online sales for Fast Passes stop at 10 PM that night, but may still be available for purchase at the door. Fast Pass tickets do not guarantee immediate entry; you may still encounter a wait before entering the attraction.

PLEASE NOTE: Line-jumping will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave without a refund.

To protect yourself and other customers EVERYONE must observe and utilize social distancing markers. All guests must also wear masks or face coverings the ENTIRE TIME they're on the premises - outside of your car, waiting in line, and going through the attraction. NO EXCEPTIONS.
